I am in hog heaven when Safeway has a sale.... Picked up a case of 8 butts...

First 2 went for Pulled Pork....
Rubbed with Guy Fieri's guests recipe from way back when...

Looks great Dave! Wish our Safeway had them that low, bought two the other day on sale at Safeway for $1.69. That's about as low as I see them unless Cash and Carry has them on sale. Then it's $1.29.

It must be a regional thing. They had pork picnic shoulders here for $0.98 a pound.

Sadly, my humble attempt doesn't come close to yours.
