Smoke Blower
I smoked about 400 pounds of butts since returning home from Korea in August. Did some fundraising at the squadron for the holidays and some "hail & farewells"...Became quite a popular guy for my spicy smoked pork butts. Had a request for another one so here it is.
Toss it into the MES with the AMNPS loaded up at 2100 tonight. Hope to be done by noon tomorrow. Working with the new Maverick 733 I notice the grate temp is way different than the digital meter. Maybe that's why I have had 28+ hrs on a butt.
