Pork Butt for Pulled Pork Sandwiches..... and Nachos

Had a family get together this weekend for my wife's side of the family. I put the pork butt in the wsm on Friday night, and let it ride until I got up Saturday morning. I pulled everything and served Saturday afternoon. There was a lot of leftovers, so today I made pulled pork nachos for pregame. Now hoping for a Packers victory.
