Pork Butt Challenge

Walked in my office this morning, my co-worker turned around and said his wife cooked an amazing pork butt last night. And then he suggested we have a cook off. Really? I asked if he would like that sliced or pulled... I'll keep you posted with pics, stay tuned...

Good luck on this challenge, I wonder what rules would be set down.  Like oven only, which would just kill a smoker Idea.
