Picked up a nice 7lb pork butt for the 6 of us on shift at my station. Sorry no pics of the before but put a light layer of mustard on then some rub and on our traeger at 250 with a pellet blend. On at 730 came off at 4. Let it rest and served up with homemade Mac n cheese and some green beans. Everyone was happy and full. Now some Q view, enjoy.
