I smoked them both with hickory and apple chunks. SPOG on the Butt and montreal steak seasoning on the prime rib. I wraped the but at 171, it hit a stall there for about an hour. it was a 10lb butt and it took me a total of 15 hours to smoke it!!! I was outside, high winds and a high of 15F outside. Had trouble controlling temp. Went through alot of charcoal! But it was fun. Till Next time!!
