So I wanted to do pork back ribs tonight but did not feel like firing up the smoker. so I turn to my gasser.
made a quick rub with smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, and cinnamon.

halved and put rub on.

i did the bone side down first. cooked for a few minutes flipped let cook a few minutes more while i was getting the boat wrap ready consisting of peanut oil soy sauce and left over rub.

I get lazy & use my gasser all the time too.
If I could only have one smoker it would be my Smoke Vault 24.
