Gotta adjust it came out fall off the bone wife said concept was there maybe next time try with cover off or the meat was sliced to thin what do you guys think

ok i looked it up. it kind of the same concept as king gyros restaurants here. what seasonings do you put on it? im guessing there are variations of this also? beef pork chicken lamb goat deer?
 
Whatever, it still looks good!
Bet I could demolish half a dozen tacos... Oh yeah!

Could be too thin, I like 1/4 inch thick.
If not too thin, maybe over cooked.
Or if too thin cut, over marinated and it was overly tenderized.
More time uncovered could help.

Origins are from 1930s Lebanese immigrants who brought their Shawarma over with them, it was rapidly adopted and adapted to Mexican spices.
