alright that's it!! I have just broke about the millionth n a half chicken shears for the last time. what is a good durable brand for a fair price. a fella cant even spatch a chicken anymore in peace. please help

I've been using these for 2 years and they are still sharp and work really well.  They get used a LOT.  We cook for our employees once per quarter and every other quarter they get 1/2 a chicken each.  I've cut well over 200 backbones out with these and I've also cut up a lot of chicken bones for stock.

My kitchen shears are Chicago Cutlery. Had them for years...don't really remember where I got em, but they weren't expensive. I probably don't use them more than about once a week, maybe less...but they've held up real good.
