Thanks for accepting me. I'm a novice at smoking meat and so; I have a question. Is Pluot (or aprium, apriplum, plumcot or pluclot) wood good for smoking? I guess it would be like apricot and plum. I'll probably be smoking tritip, and I can always add a bit of oak or hickory to liven it up. Thank you in advance for your knolege and experience -p
 
Hi and welcome to the forum from Minnesota! I had to look up what pluot wood was. The fruit wood should be good for smoking for you!
