I'm just wondering if anyone knows what plant this is? Is it a flower or is it a weed or some vegetable? Our garden was a flower garden before we moved here so there's a chance it's some type of flower but we're not sure and don't want to pull it without knowing what it is.

At first it resembled a carrot but it's clearly not a carrot now.

Dang wind storm... broke a healthy branch off of our peach tree.  Does anyone know if there is anything to do with the little immature peaches? They taste sweet & sour and are crunchy with a little pit in the middle.

I was thinking about halving them and adding a little sugar and vodka like I do my Plum Liquor recipe to see if that would work.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hmm.. Maybe it is. The leaves do look similar.

Do you have a recipe you could share with me or ideas/recipes for a peach version? Thanks! Awesome! I can't waste the little things.

Thanks. I ended up making baby peach liquor out of it. We'll see in a few months how it turns out.

You were right on the plant. One just flowered! This place is great with all the knowledgeable people here.

Thanks for sharing JJ. You can never be too safe when it comes to consuming anything you are not sure of.  We never planned on consuming the plant, especially until it grew to full size to see what it was but after reading that I may just remove the few we have just so they are not around our veggies.
