The plan this afternoon it to smoke 2 1lb pork tenderloins, 1/2 rack of babyback ribs, and 1 foil tray of zucchini. (The wife orders a grocery list on line, then they bring it out to her car. It's convenient for her, but sometimes she doesn't get exactly what she had in mind. Thus the small loins, and 1/2 rack of ribs)

I'm thinking...
When the smoker hits 240* (+-) I'll fill the chip tray and put the ribs in. (2:00)
Two hours later I'll add more chips and put the tenderloins in. (4:00)
Two after that I'll mop the ribs and add the zucchini. (6:00)
I'm hoping it all will reach temps in one more hour. (7:00)

I can eyeball the ribs, but I'll have a probe in the loins.

This plan will give the ribs 5 hrs, the loins 3hrs, and the zukes 1hr.

What do ya'll think?
I'm open for suggestions.

Personally I'd put the Zukes on for more then an hour, and expect to pull the tenderloin after an hour or so. Tenderloin has about -zero- fat remember. It won't take long to be done and it can dry out super easy. I don't even know if you can bring it to 205f to pull it...

Zukes just always seem to take -forever- to get soft- thus why I'd put them on earlier. You can always pull things off then. Just my two cents!

I do a lot of zucchini in foil pans lately. They take a long time to soften up. At minimum an hour at that temp. I cooked some last night at 350 and they were still a tad firm at 50 min.

Listen to hardcookin on the tenderloin. take it off at like 142 and it will carryover to 145 and be the best thing ever. We love the tenderloins.

My wife does that online ordering and pickup. She likes it. We have had good luck with it. We don’t buy meat very often though as I raise my own beef.

Thanks gentlemen.

I'll keep a close eye on the tenderloin, and get them off a bit early.
I don't mind a hint of crispy in my zukes. It sure beats mushy.
The wife did quit buying produce online. But she still buys meat there now and then. After 42 years of marital bliss, I've learned to pick my battles.

Yesterday's cook went pretty much according to plan.
The results...
The ribs were pretty tasty, but just a tad bit dry. They looked so good I didn't put any BBQ sauce on them. Maybe next time I'll wrap them in foil the last couple hours.
The package on the tenderloins said 2lbs. One was bigger than the other. The small one ended up a little dry, but the bigger one was spot on. I was very happy with that one.
The zucchini cooked 1 1/2 hours and still had a little crunch, not mushy at all. Just the way I like them.

All in all, I was happy with the way things turned out.
