The plan this afternoon it to smoke 2 1lb pork tenderloins, 1/2 rack of babyback ribs, and 1 foil tray of zucchini. (The wife orders a grocery list on line, then they bring it out to her car. It's convenient for her, but sometimes she doesn't get exactly what she had in mind. Thus the small loins, and 1/2 rack of ribs)
I'm thinking...
When the smoker hits 240* (+-) I'll fill the chip tray and put the ribs in. (2:00)
Two hours later I'll add more chips and put the tenderloins in. (4:00)
Two after that I'll mop the ribs and add the zucchini. (6:00)
I'm hoping it all will reach temps in one more hour. (7:00)
I can eyeball the ribs, but I'll have a probe in the loins.
This plan will give the ribs 5 hrs, the loins 3hrs, and the zukes 1hr.
What do ya'll think?
I'm open for suggestions.
