I bought some Jalapenos and a bag of what I'll call baby bell peppers with the intention of doing a bunch of ABT's, both hot and sweet. The gathering cancelled, so I decided to turn the peppers into hot sauce instead, Like the other posts here, these will be salted for a week, have vinegar added for another week. Then pureed etc...

I did three jars. Two with the jalapenos and the baby bells. One with Smoked Hatch Chile and jalapenos. That one's going to be Smokin!

Those yellow baby bells look more like habanero's - if that's the case smokin will be right!!!
