Pizza/Nacho Cheese Sticks

The guy whom i'm doing all the venison for wants to try the pizza flavor sticks and asked if i can do nacho cheese?

Sure

Going to do a 2lb test batch first.

I was looking at a small jar of nacho cheese powder and compairing it to the regular cheese powder. Only missing ingredient was the jalapeno powder. I can do this.

2 lbs mixed. Will stuff and smoke tomorrow cuz i got some grinding to do.

If the 2 lb batch turns out good i'm going to make the rest of this venison into the nacho cheese pizza sticks.

I have done that on the Schools Commercial Grinder because they can SPIT and POP meat for quite a distance...That may be needed with Nepas sweet Grinder too...JJ

Cant wait no MOE and wanted to try the cordless out anyways.

Moving right along with the dial on medium.

Dial on high i got a blowout.

Take it apart and clean it up when your done.

So for $39 was it worth it?

Yeah

Pros

Easy to use and cleanup

Great for someone on a budget (if on sale)

The battery power was more than sufficient

Has a speed dial and a clutch

Great for small batches

Will accept BPS/LEM jerky blaster small tubes and the long stick nozzle.

Nice plastic carry case

Cons

Will only hold just a tad over 3/4 lb

Cant use the larger BPS/LEM jerky blaster main tube

Will need to have extra small tubes for larger batches

Cant use 17mm casings with supplied tube

Can be messy with having to push the meat into the tube

Ease of use. 1 being easy/5 being hard
