How many of you are paid members of the Pitmaster Club (PC)? I'm new to BBQ related forums - except the Bradley Smoker forums - and don't know that much about the PC. I was referred to that site for a pastrami recipe and found out that to gain full access to the site, one has to join and pay an annual fee. I just wonder if the site is worth the annual fee. I hope I haven't violated any of this forums rules by talking about the PC on here.

Never heard of them, but I agree with Al all the info I've every needed is found right here.

Chris

Havent heard of them either.

You are on the best time right here.

I'm smiling right now reading your comments. When I got my CC Woodwind last month, I joined this site and 2 others. I've found all 3 sites to be very helpful and I've learned a lot from each of them. I'm smiling, because the members on the other 2 sites pretty much say the same thing about their site - it is the only one I'll need. The Pitmaster Club (PC) is from the AmazingRibs website and that site has a wealth of information also. But you have to join the PC to gain full access to it. So just curious to hear from PC members if they feel the $24/year is a good value to them. And for what its worth, I think all 3 sites I have already joined provide lots of useful information for me. I'm way to new at this pellet grill thingy to rate any of the 3. All good IMHO. And thanks for the responses. :emoji_sunglasses:

Been Q'n and smokin' for over 30 years, never heard of it.

I am not trying to be rude or belittling, but I thought your answer was a little odd. I've been smoking meats & fish for about 25 years and until 3 weeks ago, when I became a pellet grill owner, I had never heard of Smoking Meat Forums, Pellet Smoking, or BBQ Brethren websites either. I don't know that I would qualify any of them as "Nuff said". Just sayin'.

First time I have heard of them. Went and checked out their promo info and other than the monthly drawings for prizes and maybe the interviews with other pitmasters I doubt you would find a lot there that you can't already find on this site or other sites for free. Personally, I probably would not join but I guess you could do their free trial and see how you like it.

I'm with most of the other guys here, never heard of them. There is years, seriously years worth of information here. I havent been through every post, so I can't say for sure, if every last detail has already been post. However, I would assume any question you may come up with, someone (more like multiable) can answer your question. If you were to spend $27, buy Jeff's book. You wont reget it.
