My friend just got one of these to replace the Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker he had. That one crapped out after less than a year. I'm not sure why he went back to them, other than it was on sale for $200.
Right out of the box, this one started showing a ER2 error code, which means the pellet ignitor is bad, and it wouldn't heat up.
Anyone else have the tabletop model? How has it been for you?
