Evening smokers. Not much to say here. Had pulled pork left over from Sunday and potatoes I bought from sams that obviously came from Chernobyl. So rubbed up the taters with olive oil, kosher salt and coarse black pepper. Into the oven at 400. When done cut, added garlic butter, sour cream, fried onions, jalapenos, habanero cheese and a ton of pulled pork. Just an idea for people looking to get rid of some pulled pork. Had nachos last night
