Picnic Roast?

So I bought two picnic roast because they were 99 cents a pound? Can I smoke these and pull them? Does anyone have a better plan for them? I know this is a newb question but look at my SN.....

Does the bone effect the cook time or temp?

Yes it can slow it down a bit, but you get more flavor, i think so.
