Thanks! I had been doing a lot of baked beans, cornbread, and coleslaw, but wanted something a bit different, so decided on the green beans and peaches.

I just started a butt this morning and noticed this post. What an exciting read! It looks great! I hope mine turns out great today as well.

Food Lion has them for .99 lb thru tomorrow so picked up 2 shoulders last week. Will be a first for me too.
