A guy at work has one he said he has only used once.

I told him I would give him 150 for the 22" and 125 for the 18.5".

He said he would give me a better deal than that.

Can't wait.  Hopefully he has the 22".
 
We will see - he might have the 14.5".

That's probably not even worth having.

I missed our on one on Craig's list, still looking for another preferably the 22.5. Good luck scoring yours at such a great price!
 
On the contrary. I love my little 14.5" WSM. It's very much worth having.

I agree with this too. The mini-WSM is one if the most versatile, portable smokers out there. Not only that they are super efficient. I used to hate firing up my UDS to do a small smoke. Now I very rarely use anything but my mini-WSM.
 
I have a mini and a smoker that is a little smaller than a UDS.  I don't need a 14.5".  If you didn't have a mini I'd say it would be perfect.
