And 6 hours later my dogs are crazy... This is like BARK without the butt, while a little drier on some parts, it's definitely gelatinous. melting in your fingers. I love my some buttery fall apart pork. But, i have an addiction to the fat cap, i rarely can get the butt in the cooler without scratchin at it, this fixes that issue, it's like cuts of cap. Not badly priced, I checked 4 publix today for the real pig ears, but they didn't have any.Figures the time i want them, they are out. Feet have too many bones, same with hocks.So this was my only dog spoiling option tonight. :) Just a tip!
