Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

First cook off the griddle since seasoning it and the mandatory bacon cook, so of course Philly Cheesesteaks it was... incredibly delicious!

What therms are you using with your griddle? I got the 17" portable and the 28" for using at the house, have been using the thermopro trigger type that you point at the griddle top, have not seen ones like you have.

I didn't know such a thing existed. I definitely will get one. My infrared point 'n shoot is very accurate for surface temps, but only for dark surfaces, like my CI skillets. For all my shiny pans, it is useless. Thanks for the tip!!

Philly Cheesesteaks are one of my favorite sandwiches. I could eat them almost everyday.
