petite shanghai

Can I grill these Petite Shanghai I bought today. I know you can steam or stirfry them. Thinking of using a sauce of mustard,Tabasco,salt,pepper,rice wine vinegar,olive oil, and Mrs. Dash original. Then chop them up and add to some watercress,romaine,radicchio, bleu cheese salad. What do u think will it work?

Almost forgot that is to go with some Ribeyes and skirt steak tonight on the Performer.

That's what I was thinking cook like Romaine on the grill. That is always a great side to a steak.
