4 chickens: 2 spatchocked/wings and breast bone removed, 2 cut up.

And a pork ternderloin to maximize smoker utlization.

We had some of the pork and wings/legs with creamed zuchini w dill. Froze the rest.
 
Wow, great color on that chicken it looks tasty!

I tried the peri-peri sauce and liked it, haven’t made my own yet.
 
That all looks great. There’s times I can’t get enough smoked yard bird. Eat as is or mixed into a recipe. Points
