Oh you guys! Yes...I'll probably get there eventually but right now time, experience, and equipment isn't quite there. But dammit if you didn't get me thinking!

So, made it to the Pork Shop today...Yeah, if you're around here you HAVE to go! Great selection, people are friendly (even if they are busy) and the food is awesome!
