Happy football Sunday everyone!
A couple of days ago I made a batch of Pepperoni Sausage using a seasoning from LEM Products
this was the first time I used this product and I loved it. I had my best friends over for lunch today. I shared my Pepperoni Sausage with my friends and they loved it too. I sliced up some of my pepperoni for an appetizer and served it with buttery crackers, Colby Jack Cheese and Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
2nd appetizers - Creole Chicken Wings with Buffalo Hot Sauce (in the front) and Lemon Pepper Wings with Bleu Cheese dipping Sauce
My homemade thin crust pizza with lots of pepperoni under all that gooey cheese, fresh spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, roasted peppers, sautéed onions, mushrooms, black olives and more pepperoni ~ this pizza was a "slice" of heaven...I sliced and served with crispy arugula tossed in Italian dressing....sorry didn't get any more pics before we devoured this cheesy-pepperoni-goodness!
Me in my favorite team apparel - my CHARGERS didn't play today but I don't care because I am a CHARGERS fan forever!
Me and my besties. These two amazing friends were with me every time my Jerry went into the hospital. They were there for me whenever I needed them. They are truly a blessing in my life........Best Friends Forever.
and here's my hostess gift from my friends.....served over ice cubes and enjoyed!
really missed my Jerry today
I am catering two parties next week whew...........no rest for the blessed!
