I used my regular Pizza Dough gave it a double rise. Rolled it thin then loaded with Pepperoni and Mozzarella rolled it and let it sit 30 more minutes .
Preheated the oven to 350°F ,egg washed the outside then baked for 45 minutes.

Beautifully done Richie. :emoji_thumbsup::emoji_thumbsup: 30 years ago I used to get this brand of Stromboli in my local grocery store. I loved them, but the store stopped carrying them :emoji_disappointed:

Many places use Calzone and Stromboli interchangeably, depending upon the ingredients. A true Stromboli is rolled as yours is, not a folded over pizza crust.
