Pepperoni Reveal Time

Went few days longer. Very slight case hardening (but hey I aint selling it)
When I checked this morning I had a few green mold spots on the casing. Ok time to take out, wipe down with vinegar and take a few slices.

Wife said oh thats good...Pizza time.
