We made it like this exactly the first few times but now I add just a little Stubb's Beef Marinade and Better Than Bouillon Beef Base to the party. I add it after smoking the chuck roast, when it goes into the aluminum pan with the veggies. It amps the flavor up a little I think. I would STRONGLY suggest you try it verbatim as Larry laid it out FIRST. You may love it as is. It's good eats already, I am just a tinkerer! LOL
