@bvbull200 - I was actually really surprised the crust did as well as it did. I wondered if the butter paste would wash everything off as it melted, but it actually just crusted everything up really nice.
 
PM, glad you decided to experience a slice of heaven, aka smoked prime rib and that is a perfect example!!!

I’m not a horseradish guy so the rub paste was perfect as is!

PS, it is a real treat to be sandwiched in with you on the carousel!

Now my fav leftovers is a slice of that, fried up hot and just a bit of sear, and lay that puppy on toast! MMMMM....
