Cooked with hickory and pecan on the Mak 1 star.
Set up a program for 30 minutes smoke followed by 400 deg until done. Awesome smoke flavor just like my old offset.
I used Weber garlic and herb seasoning and a hot chili and lime dipping sauce. Everything was awesome!

Those wings look fantastic BKing, garlic and herb is my goto for poultry.
