Hi

I'm doing an overnight brisket at 225 degrees and will placing the brisket in my Traeger Pro Series 34 at 11 pm. I've filled the hopper. Will that last me until 7 am?

I would certainly think so. A digital high/low thermometer would be a nice safety net for an overnight.

I think it should be good if the hopper is over 20lb capacity. My Pit Boss does about a pound an hour under 300.

1. This is at the 12- hour mark
2. Temp at 167
3. Just wrapped it and drizzled some of it's beef tallow on it.
4. Bumped temp to 250, gonna check on it in about 2 hours. It's sunny, but windy out here today

More to come...
