Hi all!
Since 80 to 85% of what I smoke is Pork
Here I Am [emoji]128512[/emoji]
I have most everything I need to start smoking with my new setup, a
Pit Barrel Cooker and a
PitMaster IQ120
(I Know! I Know! PBC does not Want a PitMaster IQ on their PBC
But to add insult to injury
I Wil be Using
Lump Charcoal [emoji]128552[/emoji]
Not the Heralded Kingston Briquets
Oh the Horror!)
Due to So Many family activities this next week, it probably will be 1 1/2 weeks before I fire up this combo. (Want to make the rain box too before I do)
Anyone else around here smoking with a PBC & a PitMaster IQ?

(Will the Meater Block Ever be released!!!
I'll have to use a Maverick Wireless Thermo until it is!)
