Nice cooker selection . Maybe extend something into the yard , you could roll onto for nice weather cooking ?

Nice Shepherd, bet he/she keeps the undesirables away from your property!

Was hard using the water hose with her. Likes to bite at the water. Got lawn mowed and what house stuff done that I am going to do. Time for Salty dog and than do burn in on Rec Tec. Man I tell you 2 days off a week no where near enough to get everything done and still have me time!!!! I have a hour drive to and from Dallas 5 days a week. That enough to wear you out.

Nice selection and video Brian. What kind of work do you do that you have to commute? RAY

I worked at Texas Instruments/MEMC for 28 growing crystal for semi conductors when they shipped it oversea's. My one of my previous boss offered me job on TI site, not Ti but called DRS, in Dallas growing CZT crystals. Had to take it now stuck there.

Rec Tec heating up. Been 30 minutes and at 359. Have set to 400. How long should it take? I had to cal one meatprobe but pretty easy. Was 5 degree off.

Interesting work . I did a crystal pull building for MEMC back in '96 . 10 pullers at 1 million a piece , and the clean room work was 1.5 million . Then one day , boxed it all up and over sea's .

96 when we built our new plant. Was that in Sherman you worked?

Looks good. Any info on the recipe for the chicken drums pictures on the page?

This the recipe I use. Been making it for years. Really good.
