My name is Bret and I live in Gilbert, AZ, married (16+ yrs), and I have a 12 yr old son. I have been smoking meats and anything else that I can think of. I started my passion about 23 years ago in North Carolina while in the Marine Corps. I learned alot from my friends and neighbors and have built upon that knowledge while in South Carolina after a transfer. Moved back to Arizona about 18 years ago and have been smokin and learning more and more ever since. I specialize in Brisket and ribs (will try anything and all animals (avid hunter)), created my own rub and sauce and my friends and neighbors can't get enough of it. Needless to say, we entertain alot!!

I own 4 smokers, and I am always learning new things about each one every time I Que. Love this hobby.

Thanks, love the Heart Attack Grill, haven't tried the quadruple by-pass yet but I will. Got family out in your neck of the woods, they used to live in Fallbrook but are now in Temecula.
