That all looks great Chris. What did you coat the mozz sticks in? I need to give this a try.

Sorry for the late response. Work has been killing me lately. I used the same coating on the sticks as I did on the chicken. Give it a try you'll like them. Go with the quick freeze suggestions before Q'ing them - it will help.
