Hey smokers and greetings from Sweden!

I just want to show you my fantastic paella!
To start with I spent all day in the forest hunting moose. We got a smalk bull. I got the heart for smoking later. 20181110_110238.jpg

Me and the mrs invited 4 friends for dinner and had a paella planned. Here's how

    First the prep:
8 chicken drumsticks, 1 per person (2kids included)
    700g moose beef
    1g saffron
    10 mushrooms
    2 kabanoss sausages
    2 chorizo sausages
    1 red pepper
    450g peeled shrimp
    20 crayfish
    Olive oil
    Red wine

    Here is how it went

    Beautiful meal.
I'm surprised to see you have Uncle Ben's rice.I figured it would be Uncle Björn's or something....

How do you like your Broil King Keg?
From their specifications and reviews they seem to be awesome cookers.

I like it a lot. Switched from a weber performer which I later sold because I found the Keg to suit all my needs except for when i just want a quick hot dog or so. Maybe I need a small gas grill soon:)
Took me while to learn the small necessary tweaks like using just a small amount of charcoal for getting it up to temp quick and then add more.
The only downside so far is that it´s drawing some extra air at the ash box which needs some extra sealing/isolation. It makes the low and slow a bit tricky but i´m getting there. If left unattended it usually goes up 50F extra after a few hours.
