I just picked up a used Masterbuilt 7 in 1 smoker off Craigslist tonight. I'm an avid deer hunter and I've wanted a smoker for venison jerky and tenderloin and I finally pulled the trigger. I'm a teacher and have another month off before the school year and hope TJ figure this smoking thing out before deer season this fall. Any advice or recipes for a beginner will be extremely appreciated!
