Owner of a New Char-Griller 5050 Duo

Hi All,

recently was given a Char-Griller 5050 Duo by the wife. She bought me the smoke box as well .Just put it together this week with the expectation of smoking a turkey this weekend. Would love to hear some tips and tricks for a first timer.
