Got 5lbs for some Owens BBQ North Country SS. Going with 3" collagen SS casings. (non edible)

And the important part.

All mixed and going in the fridge for tomorrow.

Adding some Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds tomorrow in it.

Time to lookee what i got.

Good so far.

Ok im happy. Taste is great as with all the Owens Mixes. Cheese curds look good. Time to break out the slicer.
