Finally cold enough to make Chili. Last year I made some OTT Chili and turned out pretty good. Thought give it another try. I had combined Jake's and someone else recipe than used Chimayo and Ancho for the chili powders. Turned out good again. Jake's chili one of the best I have done. I really miss having him around.
