Daughter drove down from PA. Took them to TCS on T Y Bee Island.

I see sausage.

I had blue crab chowder and sausage.

Sausage was pretty good. Manager told me they have it made by a local butcher shop. My daughter said to me why didnt you tell him you make sausage? Cuz there is this thing called a USDA inspection stamp which i dont have.......YIKES
