    Man what a meal.....Missed the pics of the Crawfish Dressing.....

    This was my first ever smoked bird brined smoked with Pecan on my UDS...look at that color[​IMG]

    This one was in the Butterball Oil-free Fryer....


    Smoked Spiral Ham.....


    Green Bean Casserole...


    Candied Yams


    and my Wife's Pecan Pies for Dessert ...

    Looks like you had a nice spread for T-Day, This was your first brined and smoked turkey? How was it, compared to the oiless fryer?
