New to the forum but not to smoking.
Grew up smoking catfish, carp, and later salmon with my Grandpa on his Big Chief.
Moved on to summer sausage and such on the same, and a burnt out King Cooker over a propane burner.
Recently picked up a Bluetooth 30" MES, and have been enjoying it a lot. Ran chicken thighs, Thanksgiving turkey, and New Years Prime Rib through it to far. Have my eye on brisket for the Super Bowl.
