Been years since I have made these. Seasoned with some Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada Texas Chili Lime Rub.

Orange Marmalade Sriracha Sauce
1 - 18oz Orange Marmalade (I used the generic store brand, you can buy gourmet if you choose)
1/3 Cup - Sriracha Sauce
1/3 Cup - Honey
1/3 Cup - Brown Sugar

Directions - Combine all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar and combine ingredients. I put on the warm burner on the stove after this. If it gets cold gets to thick to use.

Went 20 minutes and turned than 15 more.

Dip in sauce. Go 10 minutes. Re-sauce and 10 more. Suppose to go one more round but these looked good.

These where so good. I used a little sauce on side. Boy you wouldn't want to eat these everyday!

Those are feature looking wings Brian! Very nice
Been taking a few days and splurging. I think can go the sugar free route with these. I have some sugar free Orange Marmalade that is pretty good.

Nice wings.

I haven't done orange chicken in many years. Kids gone and wife doesn't like it.
There is enough natural sugars in orange puree to flavor if you're going no added sugars

Top notch cook Brian, those wings look phenomenal!

That’s an awesome sauce mix, gonna have to try that. Siracha is my favourite.

Some fine looking wings right there Brain. Very nice job sir. I'd take a plate of those and be thrilled to do so.
