not commenting on your age! I am 63, so...
I never thought you were . I knew what you meant when you said it , and I appreciate the comment .
Somebody else thought that @Brokenhandle .

Thanks . Try the potatoes in the fire . Don't poke them . Let 'em go until they get soft .
I was a scout growing up so spuds in the fire was like the sun coming up! Try this, take an apple, hollow out the core, pack it with brown sugar'd raisins then foil and in the fire till tender....... Oh man!

I figured you had . I've done the apples too . Good stuff .

What a great looking meal Rich, everything just looks perfect! Having a few smokers to choose from is a good problem to have! On weekdays, the one that takes the least effort is the one that usually wins it for me.

Very nicely done!

Sorry for showing up late to the party Chop, top notch grub! Those rolls however, look over the top!

Don't be sorry . Your steak threads from last week were the influence .
Those rolls however, look over the top!
They are good . Using the food processor is a great way to do them short notice , but I do them others way as well . All about the same .
Thanks for the comments .
