Well, its been a year since my little western fed cedar smoke house build. With each smoke the food just gets better and better. Ive made this Thanksgivings turkey in it , plus so many other great meats. She just keeps getting better. Throughout the year I've added some small features and upgrades , I used to have a stove pipe as the chimney, I decided to dress it up and made a little smoke house on top of my smoke house, it acts as my chimney.
Ive also added a second wood storage side
