Looks great! Especially love the potatoes fried up in the butter!

Thank You JC !!
Every time Mrs Bear makes Baked Taters, I have her make an extra one for me to Fry in Butter the next day.

Looks good John! How do you like the flavor coming off the indoor grill? Sorry about the toughness.

Thank You John!!
The Flavor is Great from this Ninja!!
I have a plan for the other 2 Ribeyes from this roast:
I want to experiment with the second one, and then the third one will get SV @ 131° for about 30 hours, and Ninja seared.
I always said I would never SV a Ribeye, because it is already plenty Tender, but this one is definitely an exception.

Sure looks good . My kind of meal . I love the cold rare meat the next day for breakfast .
Maybe it was at the low end of the select scale .
SV ?
Thumps up on the leftover taters . Great way to reheat .

Thank You Rich!!
I never liked Cold Meat.
Tasted Great---Just Tough!

A couple of fine looking dinners Bear, the first nights looks done just right, Like! The second nights supper looks like it got heated up in the micro, I do that when I'm in a rush and sometimes for a hot sanny, tho these days I like the SV for reheating just about everything. SV would soften the ribeye up some too I'd think. RAY

Thank You Ray!!
I use the Nukulator too, but not this time.
If you look close you can see the browned surfaces on those strips from the same Frying pan I had the Tater slices in. I love the taste I get from searing leftovers in the pan with butter.

Bear, I did some strips by SV and reverse sear in a cast iron skillet, and came out great. I would definitely do that with those problematic ribeyes.

Beautiful beef there John!! man im so hungry just looking at it!!

Thank You Sandy!!

That is my plan for the third one.
Want to experiment with the second one.

Looks great Bear! That ribeye is exactly how I like it.

Thank You 222!!!
Appreciate that.

Thinking the same as @chopsaw Sousvide to 125 for several hours (5-10?) then reverse sear it off.

Thank You !!
Yup---That's one of my plans, but @ 131°, because under 130° is not recommended.

Crazy that those steaks were tough. Looked like great color all the way through. Something tells me u are a problem solver and will have a few good ribeyes ahead Bear!

Thank You!!
I'm going to experiment with the second one.
Then I'll SV the third one.

Looks great Bear. Both meals look delicious, as usual. Love the grill marks from that Ninja. Weird that the Ribeye was tough. Maybe marinate the next one overnight? Great work, you're quickly mastering that new toy.

Thank You Mike!!
This thing is awesome!
Using it as an Air Fryer is Simple---Grilling is confusing.
I'll figure it out.
SV will solve the tough steak problem. First tough Ribeye I ever had.
And Thanks for the Like.
