Baby back or heck even St. Luis stye ribs, grilled low and slow with a smoke generated wood chunks and charcoal (this time oak)...smoke baked beans with home made smoke bacon included, and mack salad.
Sauced with Nino's Beer BBQ sauce
Beans (done in my cook shack for 2 hours (oak for smoke)
Ribs done on my kettle also for 2 hours. 1 hour open 45 wrapped 15 sauced.
Don't have pictures of cook (friends BS and beer sort of messed that part up).
But have included picture of the plate (loaded oh my) and chili peppers (Serrano's) on side.

That looks great. It doesn't help that it's lunch time here and I'm already hungry.

You mention two different cookers for the beans and ribs. Have you ever tried cooking them at the same time and place the beans under the ribs so that the "rib drippins'" fall into the beans? Adds a whole new flavor dimension from my perspective.

Thanks for sharing.

Yes...but it is harder to time out properly (beans...don't want them to dry out too much and well juice might slow that down but not enough and that is what the bacon is for as well as the flavor of the bacon)....also cant really do in my kettle. I only have my cook shack (electric) Weber kettle (charcoal) and an old wood cabinet I use for cold smoking (bacon mostly).
Oh and thanks for the compliment.

I can see why that is your favorite meal!
It looks delicious!
